  Norman funeral home has been extremely helpful to me, and while I am not thrilled to have need of an undertaker, Norman was pleasant to deal with, and was honest. I called with the service and arangements already planned out, and Norman was honest with me a told me that he hated to lose business, but that another organization would better be able to serve my needs.
  
  It is not often that you can find a business honest enough to tell you that they would be happy to help, but that somewhere else can do what you want better. If I am ever in need of funeral services, or any one I know needs one for themselves or family, I will recommend Norman's, because he will not screw you around.
